JT TOYS Return & Refund Policy

I. Eligibility for Return & Refund

  1. Within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the product (based on courier delivery confirmation), you may apply for a return or exchange if the product is intact, unopened, with complete accessories, and does not affect secondary sales.

  2. For products with quality issues (such as damage, functional failure, missing accessories, etc.), there is no 7-day restriction. You can apply for a return or exchange with photos/videos of the quality problem, and the shipping cost will be borne by the store.

  3. For non-quality issues (such as personal preference, size mismatch), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, and the product must be kept in its original packaging with no signs of use.

  4. Customized products and special clearance items (marked with "No Return or Exchange") are not eligible for return or exchange. We appreciate your understanding.

II. Step-by-Step Return & Refund Process

1. Initiate Application

Log in to the contact page, fill in your personal information and the reason for return/exchange, upload photos of the product's current status (for quality issues, clearly show the defects), and submit the application.

2. Review & Confirmation

Store staff will review the application within 24 hours. Once approved, the return address and relevant notes will be notified via platform message or email.

3. Return the Product

You must ship the product within 3 calendar days after the application is approved. Please mark the order number and contact person when returning, choose a regular courier (freight collect items are not accepted), and keep the courier waybill and logistics records.

  • Note: For returns due to quality issues, please advance the shipping cost first, and the store will refund the actual shipping amount later; for returns due to non-quality issues, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.

4. Inspection & Processing

After receiving the returned product, the store will inspect it within 48 hours. Once confirmed to meet the return/exchange conditions:

  • Return: The refund process will be initiated. The refund will be returned to the original payment method, and the arrival time is subject to the payment platform's rules (usually 1-3 working days).

  • Exchange: According to the customer's needs, the store will arrange for the replacement product to be re-shipped as soon as possible. The re-shipping cost will be borne by the store (for quality issues) or the customer (for non-quality issues).

III. Important Notes

  1. Please properly package the product when returning it to avoid secondary damage during transportation. Returns or exchanges will not be processed if the product is damaged due to improper packaging.

  2. All product accessories (such as user manuals, gifts, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned together with the product. Missing accessories will affect the review of the return/exchange application.

  3. If the product is verified to be ineligible for return/exchange (such as used, damaged packaging, missing accessories), the store will ship the product back to the original address, and the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

1. General Provisions​

  1. Scope of Application: These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") apply to all users (hereinafter "Users") who access, browse, or purchase products from the official JT TOYS online store (hereinafter "Store") serving the United States. By accessing, using the Store, or completing an order, Users are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms, forming a legally binding agreement with JT TOYS.​

  1. Updates to Terms: JT TOYS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time due to business adjustments, changes in U.S. federal, state, or local laws/regulations, or other relevant reasons. Updated Terms will be posted prominently on the Store homepage and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Store’s services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if a User disagrees, they must immediately cease all use of the Store’s services.​

  1. User Eligibility: Users must be at least 13 years old (minors under 18 require parental/guardian consent to use the Store) and ensure that personal information (name, contact details, shipping address, etc.) provided during registration or checkout is true, accurate, and complete. Users shall bear full responsibility for issues such as undelivered orders or after-sales disputes caused by false or incorrect information.​

2. Products & Orders​

  1. Product Information: Product information displayed on the Store (including images, specifications, materials, prices, inventory, etc.) is for reference only. JT TOYS endeavors to ensure accuracy, but minor discrepancies may exist due to lighting during photography, monitor differences, or product batch updates. The physical product shall prevail.​

  1. Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed once the User submits it and completes payment. JT TOYS will review the order within 24 business hours; if inventory and shipping information are verified as correct, shipment will be arranged. JT TOYS reserves the right to cancel orders (and fully refund paid amounts) if products are out of stock, prices are incorrectly displayed, or shipping information is incomplete. Users will be notified via email or SMS.​

  1. Pricing & Payment:​

  • Product prices are as displayed on the Store at the time of order placement, excluding shipping fees (unless a free shipping promotion applies). Shipping fees are calculated based on the rates posted on the checkout page (determined by delivery location, package weight, and selected carrier).​

  • Users must complete payment using Store-supported methods (e.g., credit cards [Visa, Mastercard, American Express], PayPal). Funds are held in escrow by the third-party payment processor until the User confirms receipt or the system automatically confirms delivery, after which funds will be transferred to JT TOYS’ account.​

  • Orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within 24 hours of placement, and inventory will be restocked.​

3. Shipping & Delivery​

  1. Shipping Timeline: For regular in-stock products (excluding custom or pre-order items, as indicated on product detail pages), JT TOYS will ship within 48 business hours of order approval (excluding U.S. federal holidays: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). For custom or pre-order items, shipping timelines will follow the commitments on product detail pages, and JT TOYS will update Users on inventory progress via email.​

  1. Delivery Scope & Methods: The Store currently offers shipping to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico (shipping to U.S. territories like Guam or international locations requires prior confirmation via customer service). Default carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx; Users may select a preferred carrier at checkout (express shipping requires additional fees).​

  1. Delivery Confirmation: Users must inspect the package for damage and verify that the number of items matches the order upon delivery. If the package is damaged, items are missing, or products are defective, Users must refuse delivery, take photos as evidence, and contact customer service immediately. If delivery is accepted (including acceptance by a third party on the User’s behalf), it is deemed that the product’s appearance and quantity are correct. JT TOYS reserves the right to deny claims for appearance damage or missing items made after acceptance.​

4. User Rights & Obligations​

  1. User Rights:​

  • Within the scope of these Terms, Users have the right to query product information, place orders, and access after-sales services.​

  • Users have the right to provide feedback or file complaints regarding Store service quality or product issues. JT TOYS will respond with a resolution within 3 business days.​

  • Personal information is protected in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other U.S. privacy laws. JT TOYS will not disclose User data except as required by law or with User consent.​

  1. User Obligations:​

  • Users shall not use the Store for illegal or unauthorized activities (e.g., malicious ordering, fake reviews, account hacking, or distributing malware).​

  • Users shall not copy, modify, or commercially use the Store’s content (including product images, text, logos, or software) without JT TOYS’ written permission.​

  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials (username/password). JT TOYS is not liable for financial losses caused by account theft due to improper credential protection.​

  • Users shall comply with the Store’s Return & Refund Policy and shall not intentionally damage products or fabricate quality issues to fraudulently obtain refunds or exchanges.​

5. Intellectual Property​

  1. All intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, and patents) in the Store’s content (product images, text, logos, designs, and software) are owned by JT TOYS and protected by the U.S. Copyright Act, Lanham Act, and other relevant laws.​

  1. Unauthorized use of the Store’s intellectual property (e.g., reproduction, distribution, or modification) may result in legal action, including claims for damages.​

6. Disclaimer​

  1. JT TOYS shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, carrier service disruptions, or government-mandated restrictions). In such cases, JT TOYS will notify Users promptly and assist with solutions (e.g., refunds or rescheduling shipments).​

  1. JT TOYS is not liable for losses caused by User errors (e.g., incorrect shipping addresses, invalid contact information, or failure to accept delivery).​

  1. Third-party links on the Store (e.g., payment processors or carrier tracking pages) are provided for convenience. JT TOYS is not responsible for the quality or security of third-party services.​

  1. JT TOYS shall not be liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from normal product wear, improper use, or failure to follow product instructions (unless caused by JT TOYS’ negligence or product defects).​

7. Dispute Resolution​

  1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of law rules.​

  1. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the User and JT TOYS. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration awards are final and binding on both parties.​

8. Miscellaneous​

  1. Matters not covered in these Terms shall be governed by U.S. federal/state laws (e.g., the Federal Trade Commission Act, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) and the Store’s Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy.​

  1. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
